Studio 25 was selected as the holiday decor provider for the nationally renowned, premier commercial property, Santana Row. The client needed decor consistent with their upscale, well-known creative venue that would complement the variety of businesses and public art displays located on the property.

Santana Row is a popular site in Silicon Valley considered to be the epitome of high-end, mixed-use properties. As one of the most premier commercial centers in America and the flag ship of Federal Realty properties. It’s a popular destination for a variety of businesses including restaurants, retail shops, hotels, office spaces and more.
Challenge
Studio 25 needed to create a comprehensive decor package that could fulfill the needs of the entire Santana Row site, including the variety of different commercial locations it features. Santana Row is a highly competitive client, and the design plan developed needed to be upscale, creative and cohesive across the mixed-use property. Having previously completed a smaller project for Federal Realty on the Santana Row site, Studio 25 developed a strong reputation as a highly capable and innovative decorator and needed to uphold and ideally exceed that reputation.
Solution
Studio 25 created a refreshing holiday decor package that would encompass the entirety of Santana Row in a way that was refined, modern and consistent. The design strategy featured traditional commercial Christmas decor elements like dazzling lighting and a stunning, freshly reimagined Christmas tree. The decor style incorporated classic holiday decor elements like white lights and poinsettias and brought them to a new level of innovation with unique, elaborate design plans.
Large scale, unique outdoor decor was custom designed and fabricated including a huge installation display of giant ornaments appearing to gracefully fall out of an oversized Christmas package. Additionally, the decor plan incorporated oversized animal displays specific to the request of the client that were intricately designed and exclusive to the Santana Row site.
Results
The final design strategy created for Santana Row was impactful and perfectly consistent with the client’s needs, establishing Studio 25 as the annual holiday decor provider for the popular site. Studio 25 currently provides the decor plan and supervises installation yearly.
