Studio 25 was selected as the holiday decor provider for the nationally renowned, premier mixed-use commercial property, Santana Row. The client needed Christmas decor consistent with their upscale, well-known creative venue that would complement the variety of businesses and public art displays located on the property.

Studio 25 had the opportunity to create a stunning commercial Christmas decor plan for Dayton Children’s Hospital that would delight their patients and add some cheer and excitement to a holiday season spent in the hospital. The creative and exciting holiday design plan solidified the hospital as a full-service client for Studio 25, and they continue to fulfill their seasonal decor needs annually for their expanding network of locations and facilities.

In 2011, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino & Resort approached Studio 25 with a need for new holiday decorations as part of an aggressive upscale renovation plan featuring nationally renowned designers, and they have been a full-service client ever since. The custom tailored design strategy fulfills the needs of both the resort and casino sites and is impressive and attractive without competing with the important visual features of the casino.

For over ten years Studio 25 has helped draw thousands of tourists to this must-see Charlotte Christmas landmark during the holiday season. The rustic, wholesome design uniquely captures the essence of Christmas and features a nativity scene with live animals. It also boasts giant authentic wreaths, countless incandescent miniature lights and lanterns, wooden crosses, and cranberry garlands.  The perfect backdrop for their guests holiday photos.

Wells Fargo’s Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters needed a multisite holiday decor strategy that would be visually consistent across multiple corporate buildings and bring holiday festivity to their office sites while maintaining a professional, refined style. Studio 25 fulfilled their needs with a cohesive, upscale holiday design plan that could be installed at multiple corporate locations within two days while meeting Wells Fargo’s unique Christmas season decor needs and challenges.

Studio 25 Decor designed a fresh and exciting holiday decor program for Camana Bay, a lively waterfront destination in the Cayman Islands.  Featuring over a dozen restaurants, an eclectic mix of retail shops, a cinema, and commercial and residential spaces, Camana Bay’s decor program embodies the energetic and vibrant spirit found there.  With larger-than-life and engaging decor props paired with re-imaged holiday classics, guests of all ages were delighted with the new holiday additions found throughout this tropical destination venue.
